Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Trackuo lets anyone look up a parcel without creating an account. This page explains exactly what that involves.

What we collect

When you submit a tracking number, we process:

We do not ask for your name, email address or any account details, and we do not run advertising or analytics scripts.

What we do not do

Who else sees your tracking number

To retrieve delivery events we pass the number to the carrier or to a tracking aggregator that queries carriers on our behalf. They process it under their own terms and for the sole purpose of returning the parcel status.

How long we keep it

Tracking records are deleted automatically 90 days after their last update. Rate-limiting records are deleted after 24 hours. There is no manual archive: once purged, the data is gone.

Legal basis

Processing a tracking number you submit is necessary to provide the service you asked for. Rate limiting rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and preventing abuse.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of data relating to you, and object to its processing. Because we hold no account, the only identifier we can search by is the tracking number itself — include it in your request so we can locate the record.

Cookies

Trackuo sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not asked.
