The service
Trackuo aggregates parcel tracking information from carriers and postal operators and presents it in one place. It is provided free of charge and without an account.
Accuracy
All tracking data originates from the carriers. We display what they report and cannot correct, complete or verify it. Delays in scanning, missing events and inconsistent status descriptions come from the carrier network, not from Trackuo. Estimated transit times shown on carrier pages are indicative ranges, not commitments.
No relationship with carriers
Trackuo is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any carrier named on this site. Carrier names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the services being tracked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit tracking numbers you have no legitimate interest in;
- use automated means to query the service in bulk, or to circumvent rate limits;
- attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it.
Rate limits apply to every visitor. Exceeding them results in a temporary block.
Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. It may be interrupted, restricted or discontinued at any time, including where a carrier or data provider becomes unavailable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on tracking information displayed here, including missed deliveries, customs issues or commercial loss. Always confirm the status of a shipment with the carrier before acting on it.

These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the current version.
