How long does delivery take?
15–40 days to Europe
Registered air mail is slower than ePacket. Tracking often goes quiet for a week or more between the departure scan in China and the arrival scan in the destination country — this gap is normal and is not evidence of a lost parcel.
Things that look wrong but usually are not
- Once handed over to the destination postal operator, events are reported by that operator, so the carrier name in your tracking history may change mid-journey.
- A "Departure from outward office of exchange" scan is the last Chinese event you will usually see; the next scan is typically customs in the destination country.
