Track your Temu order
Temu ships from consolidated Chinese warehouses under its own logistics brand, then hands parcels to a local carrier for the final mile. Buyers rarely see which carrier is involved until the parcel is nearly delivered.
Which carriers Temu uses
Temu issues its own order reference, which is not always a carrier tracking number. The carrier number appears in the order detail once the parcel ships.

6–20 days to Europe and North America
Times are indicative. Customs clearance in the destination country is the single largest variable and is outside the carrier's control.
What buyers get wrong about Temu
- Temu consolidates several items into one shipment, so a split order may show one tracking number covering multiple products.
- The last mile is usually a local carrier, so the final scans appear under USPS, Evri or a national postal operator rather than Temu.
- Temu’s delivery guarantee is tied to its own estimate, not to the carrier’s. Claiming on a late delivery is done through Temu, not the carrier.
