Track your Shein order
Shein ships fashion orders from Chinese and increasingly from regional warehouses. Express and standard options use quite different networks, which explains the wide spread in delivery times.
Which carriers Shein uses
Shein uses its own reference prefixed with a letter code, and also exposes the carrier number once the parcel leaves the warehouse.

4PX or LZ prefix, followed by 10 to 20 alphanumeric characters

Two letters + 9 digits + CN

How long does delivery take?
5–15 days to Europe on standard shipping
Times are indicative. Customs clearance in the destination country is the single largest variable and is outside the carrier's control.
What buyers get wrong about Shein
- Orders are held until every item is in stock, so one delayed product holds the whole parcel. Splitting an order avoids that.
- Regional warehouse stock ships far faster than direct-from-China stock, but the listing does not always say which you are buying.
- Returns generate a new tracking number that is unrelated to the outbound one.
